Tse Cheong Shing was located in Hong Kong, an island/port in South China which was ceded to the British in the Treaty of Nanking (1842) and became a British colony.

Not much is known about Tse Cheong Shing other than he worked in Hong Kong in the early 20th century. Most of his observed pieces are in Chinese taste and design.
