Tin Sang was located in Hong Kong, an island/port in South China which was ceded to the British in the Treaty of Nanking (1842) and became a British colony.

Maker Information:
Not much is known about Tin Sheng other than he worked in Hong Kong at 46 Stanley Street and Queen's Road Central in the late 19th century and early 20th century. Most of his observed pieces are in Chinese taste and design.
